EnRoutePro is a comprehensive service designed for emergency response agencies, offering three key capabilities:

1. EnRoutePro promptly notifies responders of new incidents, allowing them to indicate their response status and receive detailed turn-by-turn directions to the scene.
2. EnRoutePro functions as a digital binder, enabling responders to easily access essential information en route to incidents. It automatically selects the most relevant document (such as pre-plans, street maps, or map pages) based on the incident location.
3. EnRoutePro provides a comprehensive overview of the incident, facilitating Incident Command in identifying available resources on the scene and managing assignments for apparatus and personnel. Notably, EnRoutePro 3.4 introduces a new feature where incident command can graphically plan on the map, ensuring visual clarity across devices. Map markers highlight critical resources like hydrants, water sources, and hazards directly on the map.

The EnRoutePro apps synchronize with the EnRoutePro server when an internet connection is accessible, transmitting location and status information. Each user can view the entire incident with identical information. Offline activities are monitored and uploaded to the server when an internet connection becomes available.

Compatible with both phones and tablets, EnRoutePro is tailored for use by responders and in emergency response vehicles.

In instances where fire agencies collaborate with neighboring counterparts during emergencies, EnRoutePro 3.0 enables agencies to share library content for review by neighboring partners. It also facilitates tracking of apparatus and personnel from collaborating agencies.
